Red hat 9 installation stops at USB 2.0 enabled line


Hi guys
I am trying to install Red Hat 9 on my Sony laptop but I am unable to proceed further. Installation stop at line ehci-usb 00: USB 2.0 enabled EHCI 1.00 driver 2003-jan-22
Any body can help me in this regard even i have tried to disable usb devices through windows registry. The details are as follows
Model Sony Vaio VGN-CR19XN/B
No option to disable usb through Bios
Windows Vista is already installed

I am looking for help

Is there some reason you need to install RH 9? RH 9 is basically obsolete.
I suggest something more recent such as the latest Fedora.
