Unhappy Realtek 8180 + kernel 2.6.2???

Has anyone been able to get wireless cards with the Realtek 8180 chipset to work under the 2.6.2 kernel? I have searched extensively for info on this but haven't been able to find much. Hope somebody out there can help. Thanks.

The RTL8180 driver from realtek has a precompiled pric_part that won't even work with a 2.4 kernel past 2.4.21, there's no chance of getting it to compile 2.6. Until Realtek releases specs or builds a 2.6 version, we're pretty much stuck with what we've got.

Cheers,
