Purple screen in Windows 10 with Ubuntu 16.04

I hope someone can help me. I have a Dell laptop and I installed Windows 10 with Ubuntu 16.04, this is something I've done several times, and so far everything has worked perfectly. But now, must of the times, after I choose Windows from the boot menu, a purple screen with horizontal lines shows up, after a while, lines disappear and the purple screen remains. I already tried to install Windows 8 instead and nothing, I also tried with Debian 8 and Ubuntu 15.04 and nothing. Any ideas?

Hello and welcome to LQ.

Off hand I'd guess artifacts. Test with a full power down. Remove ac power and battery and press power button a few times then boot to see if it changes. If no change then we'd have to consider install.

What is the full entry for Windows in your boot loader's config file (/boot/grub/grub.cfg, I guess)?
