Lenovo + openSUSE 64-bit. It works great. I've tried some versions of Ubuntu and gOS as well. No problems.
And I do have only Linux. No Window$ partitions. Only Linux.

Of the 3 machines you have listed out the "HP Pavilion dv5-1159se" is the best. HP Pavilion series laptops are really high performances machines. I own one myself.

toshiba Satellite

I have toshiba satellite L300D-11m. I just bought it 3 weeks ago and works fine.Only thing is install a graphics drivers.I currently use opensuse.But on official opensuse web site is solution how make it.
Laptop have 2x1,9Ghz AMD,2048 mb RAM, 160 GB HDD, 15'4". This laptop has Vista but I remove it with no problem.

hello friends,

Dell is offering 3.10% cash back on all your purchases for a limited period. In general, I'll recommend you the Dell only. Because I bought a Dell Inspiron 2200 about 2 years back in this store so i have got cash back also and since than it has been running very perfectly. I appreciate Dell and i want a new laptop, I again would choose Dell only.
