Problems with PCMCIA card and RH9.0 in Toshiba Satellite

I have a PCMCIA modem card(PHOEBE) and it states in the box that it is 100% hardware modem and that it is compatible with Linux. However, when I start RH9.0 it throws the following error on booting:

PCI: No IRQ found for interrupt pin A of device 02:04.0. Please try using pci=bios irq
PCI: No IRQ found for interrupt pin B of device 02:04.1. Please try using pci=bios irq

And I noticed this when I ran dmesg

PCI: Found IRQ 10 for device 00:1f.5
PCI: Found IRQ 10 WITH 20.1f.3.6

Can anyone help me out here please.....
