Problem using SynCE to connect with WinCE 1.0

I've installed SynCE and SynCE-kde, and I have tried to connect with my HPC - Cassiopeia A-11 (WinCE 1.0)
when I try to connect :
# synce-serial-start
synce-serial-start is now waiting for your device to connect
In this moment on my HPC appear window :

|Status: Connecting to host, Retry 1 |

then retry 2,3 and after 5 it disappear.

I think it it because it is Windows CE 1.0.
Also M$ Activesync couldn't connect to it

But cable is ok.
