Problem Booting after Using Knoppix on Toshiba Satellite Pro A60
Can anyone help me? I booted from a Knoppix v3.3 CD on a Toshiba Satellite Pro A60, and the boot went fine. I then logged out, restarted the laptop and tried to boot again. The laptop turns on, but doesn't do anything. I tried inserting the product recovery CD from Toshiba, but got nothing, and I inserted the Knoppix CD again, and still got nothing...how do I get my laptop to work again???
I once faced this problem with my A65. If I am understanding it correctly, it just turns on and just sits there, doing nothing, right? Take out the battery and then put it back in again. This will reset the BIOS.
