PCI: bios bug #[00000000] wtf?

hi, i just downloaded a live iso of Fedora 7 and when i'm running it , it is freeeaking slow, actually i wasn't even able to run it. it came up with this error
PCI: bios bug #[00000000]
buffer I/0 on device sr0, logical block 358120

what does this mean?

today i bought the fedora dvd and i wasn't able to run it neither. My computer is new, i bought two days ago. It is an Acer Aspire 5100, with AMD ATHLON 64 X2 tk53 (1.7 GHZ, 2x256kb L2 cache)
