Hello, Im having some troubles with a palm device (Palm Vx) that I recently got my hands on, Installed pilot-link and everything went great. Of to get jpilot which also went smooth. Hotysyncing time... works well, what to do now... Kmoria (cant live without games can we?) install and everything works great.
The other day I was thinking of installing something more linux on it (8 meg should be able to do it, even found a link here on LQ) I fired up jpilot and pressed sync, hotsync.... nope this time i got some errors (brrr! I hate it when I know I havent changed anything and all of a sudden it doesnt work).
Weird packet
pi_accept: Input/output error
Googled and found a jpilot faq that said that the solution for the "weird packet" error was to select a different speed (9600

)
However the pi_accept thing was apparantly a problem caused by an old palm device and a too new version of jpilot.
Does anybody know if theres a solution to this except downgrading (using debian woody, apt-get just makes me want to hugh people... spoiled...)
Cheers, Klod
