Package feeds for userland icewm on Jornada 720 - How to install?

I have a ton of packages I downloaded off of the site where I got the icewm userland for my Jornada, and I am unsure as to what to do with them. I have no internet connection as I cannot get my Orinoco Silver, My Agere Wavelan or my DLink Air DWL-650 to work or anything, probably still due to my limited (lack of) Linux experience... should I copy these all to my storage card? Where? And how would I go about installing them once they are installed?

Any help on this or how to get these cards working would be greatly appreciated!
