Ubuntu 14.04 desktop distro installed on Acer Aspire One AOD255E laptop with 1 gb or ram function nice. This was my first nebie Linux install.

Installed same Linux on my wife's laptop a HP mini 111-3000 PC model. Every thing work on it also.

Pleased with my experience so far with Linux. Note made my bootable flash drive with Rufus 2.8 free software.
