Question On-screen keyboard application appears after suspend is resumed

Dell 1545, 4gb ram, 320HDD, os is Ubuntu 12.04. Sometime back I started the application to display a keyboard layout on the screen. Now that application reappears when SUSPEND is ended, by pressing the power button or opening the lid, then log in to RESUME. How do I prevent this on-screen keyboard starting up after the RESUME?
