NVIDIA card always ON ?

OpenSUSE Tumbleweed 64 bit, Optimus laptop. After latest Tumbleweed upgrade, CPU temperature is higher (63 deg. Celsius) than usual (44 deg. Celsius) in idle state (no need for NVIDIA to be ON). It resembles state when NVIDIA is ON although should not be now. How can I please check state of NVIDIA card and make it OFF when itīs ON although should be OFF ?

Code:
# lspci -v
