NO SOUND with ASUS W2Vc and Mandriva LE
 

Hello guys,

i've been on mandrake for one year or so on intel desktop platforms with "almost" no trouble.
I'm really having a sound issue here on my Asus W2v laptop runing on mandrive 2005LE. I don't have any sound at all.
I've checked the kmix, alsamix volumes are not on mute.
The problem seem to be the sound driver. When I run the sound configure tool i get the following error message:
the "snd-hda-intel" driver for your sound card is unlisted.

I have no idea what to do?
