Among other things it says that you need to employ a 32 bit kernel. Bunches of other things in that post for this model of Toshiba computer.

Hey, I also have H2O bios (Toshiba L300-129). Toshiba Laptop Extras wouldn't work for this type of bios. Visit pages listed below maybe it help you:

Yes, moromendas01's post is 100% plagiarized. From a previous post in the same thread. With one word changed to hide the plagiarism. Wow, he must think we're stupid.
