Need help with Netgear WG511T wireless card on FC3 (extreme linux newbie)

Let me reiterate that I am an extreme newbie to linux. I've installed fc3 on my laptop and I can't seem to figure out how to set up the wireless card (netgear wg511t). I've tried the network window under applications/system settings/. The netgear card is not built in so I have no other ideas.

If you need any more info tell me what (and probably where to find it). Thanks in advance for any help.
