I went compile the qtopia_free tar files and I get "error 2: failed to locate" and a string of files... Am I installing the wrong packages, because this seems more complicated than it was described to me?

their site can be hard to navigate.
You use redhat so try this file:

ftp://ftp.trolltech.com/qtopia/sourc...6.2-1.i386.rpm

Good luck to you

I get this message when I rpm the file

error: Failed Dependencies:
libstdc++-libc6.1-2.so.3 is needed by qtopia-desktop-1.6.2-1

And apt says that libstdc++ is the latest version.

I am confused...
