Question Moving boot loader

I'm using WinMe and RH8 on my laptop, WinMe is on the MBR, I know is possible to move lilo or GRUB to the MBR. How do I accomplish this?
Thanks for your help friends!

add (or change the current entry accordingly) boot=/dev/hda to your /etc/lilo.conf and rerun lilo (/sbin/lilo)... don't know about grub... should be something similar
