Mousepad won't work


So I booted Linux Mint onto my laptop (Toshiba Satellite C50-B-14D) and the mousepad doesn't work for some reason.

I have no idea why if anyone can help that would be great, thx!

Did the touchpad work with a bootable live-version of this Linux distribution?

No but it did work in the BIOS

It's not the same model but try it out.

Do some research before you post and come back to say what you've tried.

Try pressing simultaneously either: Fn+F5 or Ctrl+F5.
