It took me a while to find a modem driver that worked Windows 2000. Also, its seems that you need at least service pack 3 for the laptop to run fast enough. I installed Windows 2000 SP4 and it runs pretty fast. Programs open quick, too. I also installed System Commander and it sees Windows 2000 and Linux, but won't load the Linux, probably because I installed Windows 2000 after the Linux and the boot record isn't there. Mandrake 9.2 gives you the option of putting the boot record in the MBR, in the partition or on a floppy disc. I'll probably have to reinstall it to get it to dual boot.
