Mandrake 10 wireless floppy install problems


I have a IBM Thinkpad 760XL w/no DC-ROM Drive, i have the network install floppy, network drivers floppy, and the PCMCIA floppy. When i put in the pcmcia floppy it says that its not a Linux ext2 floppy...i'm a newb at linux (never used it before) and i have tried the network_drivers floppy and it doesnt have the drivers i need which is ORINOCO GOLD WiFi 11mbits can anyone tell me what i need to do? to install it?
