Mandrake 10.1

Im trying to install Mandrake 10.1. When I configure my video card (I have a Intel intigrated video card) it comes up with errors or else the screen just goes into a bunch of horizontal lines.

Video card: Intel(R) 82852/82855 GM/GME Graphics Controller

is there any kind of generic video driver I could use when i first install linux? Or....?

btw on configuration for the video card I choose: Intel 85x "Configure all heads" and then choose the Xog64 3D accelerator

I think i have my problem solved.. unless someone else can shed a light on it.. My graphics card only supports these operating systems:

2 Microsoft* Windows* 98SE only
3 Microsoft* Windows Me* only
4 Microsoft* Windows NT* 4.0 Workstation
5 Microsoft* Windows* 2000/XP Professional/Home
