Making a thin client

Hi,

I want to install a mini Linux on a USB-stick, which is then bootable on a EEE PC or another mini PC.

The Linux must at least have CUPS server installed, so it's possible to print to local ports.

After boot, it must run a Xnest command, to connect to a XDMCP server.

Does any have an idea for which Linux dist to use ?
