Live CD with CONFIG_IDE_TASK_IOCTL=y?

I've got an X-25M installed on my machine and I'm trying to find a Linux Live CD that will allow me to boot and issue ATA security commands via hdparm to wipe it.

Are there any distributions that have a kernel with CONFIG_IDE_TASK_IOCTL=y?
