Linux (RH8) in Toshiba M20


I installed Red Hat 8 in my Toshiba M20 without any problem, but when I try to start Linux stop in this line...

PCI_IDE: (ide_setup_pci_device Could not enable device

I visit sever sites where people report similar issues but there are anything to work arround this.

Can somebody help me with this issue??
