linux on Fujitsu C2220

Hi! all

I'm new to linux stuff, yet i have to run linux on my fujitsu C2220 for a project of mine. I have installed the RH9.0 on the machine but something is amiss. Firstly, it's the display, RH9 seems not able to detect my ATI graphics card (instead vesa generic driver is used); secondly, it's the SMC wireless card, it's not detected as well.

Also, I've read somewhere ACPI is not well supported by RH9, is that true?

Can someone point out some pointers for me to follow through?

Thanks alot
