linus flash drive for netbook
Is there any way can use a linux OS from flash drive on an Android netbook? Any sort of adaption procedure?

Maybe. Depends on the netbook.

I'd assume so but for sure we'd need to know this model of laptop and maybe more specs.

Is this a netbook or a tablet? They aren't the same things.

I'd say it may be possible to boot to some linux on this. The problem is basically the technical issues trying to overcome an unknown product. If you can find some other sites that offer clues on either side loading linux or dual booting it or booting from a usb then you may have a chance. The A9 processor is somewhat supported but who knows what other chips are in that. Tablets and phones are unforgiving if you don't have a usb that you can attach a keyboard.
Might see if anyone on Cygenomod has tried it but I'd guess no. |

This is a netbook to which am trying to get the usb attached 64 GB flash drive with linux to operate using the netbook's cpu; so far all that comes up is the listing as text of the linux install program.

If anyone can do it, and it's been done, it would be posted on the xda-developers forum. XDA-developers is the place to go for Android hacking.

the information is very important

And can you select anything from there? It may be possible to use a OTG cable and use a keyboard/mouse. |
