Hi guys, i'm seriously considering buying one of these machines for linux, however, the price at the current time will leave me a little low in my savings so I was considering getting a secondhand one off ebay. i found one, but it only has the 6 cell battery, and i would really like the 9 cell, so i was doing pricing and seeing if buying the second hand laptop and then the 9 cell battery from lenovo separately would be a better price. My problem is, i'm not entirely sure which battery that lenovo has to offer is the one that's for offer when buying the laptop. Browsing, i found this one, http://shopap.lenovo.com/SEUILibrary..._menu_area=yes
Is this the right one? if it isn't could someone help me out and post the link to the right one?
thankyou

Yes, It is the right battery for the lenovo laptop. They also claimed the battery life up to 23 hours with a bottom battery. and you can also get a discount 9-cell Lenovo x220 battery much less.

I went to the link and I'm going to say "no". You don't want to buy a Dell battery for the Lenovo X220. Go get one from the Lenovo site. You will likely get about 2/3 the battery time out of the 6 cell battery. So plan accordingly.
Things are not perfect with Linux but pretty good. Only the Microphone does not work with Slackware 13.37. Everything else works. Good luck.
