LCD turns blank in X session with ATI card!
 

Hi there!

I've just installed Fedora Core 5 on my new laptop (Asus A6VA-Q067H), but when it's time to switch to the X-interface, LCD screen turns blank!

I have an ATI Radeon X700 video board, and this happens in both installation and, say, "common use" mode.

So, at the moment I have to connect a CRT video to my laptop, and this is quite bothering!

Any idea how to solve this problem? Thanx!

what does Xorg.0.log say?
