LCD is REDDISH after resuming from power-saving mode

when my laptop's LCD powers down (either by BIOS and the lid button or APM) and is then powered on after resuming, it has a reddish tint that goes away after about 3 minutes. Is this cause for concern? Is my LCD dying?
I have approximately one month left on my limited warranty. What's your take on this?

call customer service and get your warranty in check.

Then send it in.

It could be some connection is loosening or something, I don't know for sure, but I'd sent it in anyway, because you're on your last month of your warranty.

That happens with my LCD but it only lasts 15 sec. You should search google for the answer and try to contact the manufacturer.

I don't know if this will help but try to mention what kind of laptop you have. There is nothing wrong in sending it in because its better to take precautions.
