ok so i have managed to get my first laptop old latitude LT here is technical readout
pentinum1 mmx 133mhz
ram 64mb
single usb port
single pcmca
NO floppy drive
2x cd drives without interface card to install so useless at the mo
4GB hd in two partitions hda 1 windows 98 hda 2 storage area for installers as i have no way of reinstalling mass storage if 98 goes down (would like to keep 98 as backup)
would be interesting to see what linux would run like on it and how i would boot it would be interesting.
give us some ideas would like to use kde if possible

suse 9.1 pro
knoppix
and a knoppix compiled dvd with
