Laptop as A Firewall

Hi,

Does anyone know of a good distro or how I can turn an old Laptop into a firewall..?

It is a P2 300 with 192mb ram and has 1 intel compatile network card and a Xircom PCMCIA network card...

I have a SB4100 modem which can use either network or USB.

Any help appreciated
