keyboard stutters on toshiba

Does anyone else have the problem of the keyboard sometimes types a letter twice on a toshiba satellite?

How can I fix this, I'm running mandrake 9.1.

Easiest way:

Uncomment Xkdbisable in XF86Config.

I had this on a Dell Inspiron. Ended up replacing the keyboard ;-(
