Kernel on RH 9.0

The manual says that the directory for the kernel source can be found at:

/usr/src/linux-2.4/

However:

ls /usr/src

debug redhat

I can't find it, even as root.

uname -r

2.4.20-8

I am trying to locate the kernel headers basically.
