Kanotix Dell Inspiron 1501 and Earthlink Dial up Help Please!?

I have read the instructions that come with Kanotix, but I'm kind of a newb so I still don't really understand them. I've used Kano before, but I had broadband then. Can anyone help me understand what I need to do to set up the Earthlink Dial up on my new pc. I'm running the newest version of The Debian based Kanotix with the FPPP dial up tool thing. Thank you very much---Mike
