yes, its definately possible, altho unlike the ipaq you would have to install it onto the flash memory of the palm. youll have to download a kernel from www.uclinux.org, and a toolchain for your particular platform. the palms tend to be ARM, youll have to find out exactly what model. i have a palmiiic, and it has a motorolla dragonball ez. next use your toolchain to cross compile a custom kernel. from their youll have to then flash the palm, thats as far as ive gotten, anyone able to offer me advice on how to continue? |
