Hello Everyone, My name is Sean Horkan (horkansean@aol.com). I just installed SUSE 10.x on my laptop and am having trouble getting my internet connection up and running. I thought I had entered everything in my setup. On my display I see a modem connection. When I get into a broadband area i see the KDE revolving where my modem dispaly is. When I bring my cursor to it(the display) I get a display of IP addressess and submaskes. What else needs to be done. Or is there anyrhing I could do. Right now I lent my disk to someone and am not sure when I am getting it back. Also I have Fedora Release 6 I can install at any time. In advance Thank you for any support. Have a great day, Sean

What type of Internet connection are you using?

Do you manually enter the IPs and Subnet Mask or its automatically configured via DHCP?
