Angry Intel mobile 4 series chipset graphic drivers(FED UP)


using dell inspiron 1545 1366x768 pixels.
OS-backtrack 4r2

guys help me to configure and install intel mobile 4 series chipset display drivers .Really fed up.tried to customize backtrack 4 with compiz.But need to install intel 4 graphic drivers.
Xorg.0.log file is messed up that i can use oly 1024 X 768 pixels now.....
this is really annoying...help me with your suggestions :-(

You don't need to install that driver, it should be there out of the box. But maybe the version in BT4 is to old to work correctly, so try BT5.

By the way, Backtrack is not intended to be a system for normal desktop use, if you want that you should install a distro intended for that purpose.

Can you just solve my problem.I just want to enhance the look and feel of Backtrack 4r2 while using the security auditing tools.can u suggest any links and directions to configure the resolution
