intel labtop no sound


i have linux enterprise on my labtop(vignet) intel pentium m centrino mobile technology
i have no sounds my sound card is:model:82801DB(ICH4)AC'97 Adio controller
Module:i801_audio

I assume that you are trying to ask a question instead of just stating that you don't have any sound...

Chances are that you are running ALSA and that ALSA isn't properly configured. Search these forums and Google. Lots of people have the same problem.
