Question Installing Mandrake on Compaq Evo N1000v?

I have Compaq Evo N1000v laptop with 2,0Ghz ,512mb,20Gb and ATI Mobility Radeon 7500(32mb).

I thought of installing Mandrake (with w2k aside) to my laptop.

Anyone experienced some crucial problems with this process?

.thanks.
