Althought It is possible to run an installer, have the installer recognize the flash stick as a drive, and install the files onto the
flash stick. The big question would be, does the Bios of the PC support a flash stick as a bootable drive? I havent seen a bios that can do that (yet). More power to ya though If you can get it to work. The only pitfall you have is the bios issue.

That will definitely work. You just need your flash stick to be recognized by windows and use a program called loadlin.

Here is a link that can help you use loadlin.

Hope this helps.
