Hi,
Today I installed VectorLinux 5.8 on a friend's HP Pavilion ZE2000 laptop.
All went well, and it runs as fast as hell!
It was literaly choking on XP with only 256mb of memory.
Anyway, the only thing that annoys me is the screen resolution.
The 15" screen surprisingly only supports 1024x768 resolution, which is a load of crap for such a recent laptop...
I have installed ATI's proprietary drivers successfully.
Is there any way to create a "virtual display" that will allow a higher resolution?
Thanks in advance!
