HP 655 notebook problems [linux mint]

Hello,
my first linux installation on this notebook.
I have this problems.
1) Internal BT doesn't work. I have an AR 9485 card. Wireless is OK
2) Internal microphone doesn't work
3) Sometimes doesn't boot. (Grub manager)

I purchased an external BT dongle, an Integrated System Solution Corp. KY-BT100 Bluetooth Adapter. It works it pairs with cell phones and headsets but headsets don't connect. Pairing successful, connection failed.

Any help appreciated.

Linux mint 13. blueman 1.23, Bluez installed.

Bluetooth:
BT problems with LMint 13 MATE are well known; I installed bluedevil and disabled the "normal" BT manager and could connect
to mouse, headset, mobile phone.
Sound:
Terminal / alsamixer:
choose your sound card (F6), adjust channels (maybe muted?)

bluedevil is for KDE. Any other help?
