How to use my Pcmica CDMA Modem Card under linux


I bought a Pcmica CDMA Card,when I ran "cardctl ident",system showed "socks 0:LKT CDMA"
and I found it's "/dev/ttyS2"
but when I use Kppp to dail,kppp cannot initilize modem
what should I do,thanks
