How to upload photos to a Yahoo Group

So, I'm running Ubuntu 9.10 and attempting to upload about 150 or so photos to my running club's Yahoo Group. I created an album, clicked Add Photo, clicked the Select Files icon and when I navigate to the folder with my photos I don't see any icons. I tried exporting the images from F-Spot, but I received an error message saying I couldn't connect to a gallery for which the version is unknown and to ensure I have Remote plugin 1.0.8. Anyone with a similar issue? Anyone got any ideas. 'Appreciate you.
