Question How to obtain the right HorizSync, VertRefresh, DisplaySize in a laptop?

Hi pals
I have a Laptop HP 2133 with a graphic processor "VIA Chrome 9", but HP doesn't publish the right values in the user manual to use it in the Xorg.conf file.
My question is: how do I obtain the right HorizSync, VertRefresh, DisplaySize values?
I'm using Debian Lenny

Thanks for any help.
