how to install rhel 5 from usb drive


Hi,
i have problem with my dvd drive. so i want install rehl 5 from usb drive. i am trying this command

"dd if=/path/filename.iso of=/dev/sdc"

but it's not booting please help me

you might want to read the red hat install instructions

for the older 5

However I would RECOMMEND installing the current RHEL 6.1
