How to dual boot windows 10 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS on Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13

Even with Fastboot and secureboot disabled and "legacy" enabled in the UEFI, I am unable to dualboot Win 10 and Ubuntu 14.04LTS on my Lenovo Ideapad Yoga 13. It boots only Win when turned on. What am I doing wrong? Step by step instructions please. Thank you

Why don't you just run live until next month when 16.04 is out.

Windows 10, if pre-installed, is almost certainly using UEFI. If windows is UEFI, then Ubuntu must be installed UEFI. If you are using GPT, then windows must be UEFI. The Ubuntu site below explains it all in more detail.

It is probably better to use the UEFI system itself instead of legacy. Windows has the bad habit of stepping on your feet but the UEFI is well understood and well managed by Linux systems. Then you can do Boot Repair from the live Ubuntu CD to add the Ubuntu boot option.
