Question How to dual boot a CentOS on a Win7 64b already installed SSD-GPT disk ?

I have a Windows 7 installed on a SSD-GPT partitioned disk which is booting normally (the BCD store is on the ESP partition). Further on the disk I created an ext4 /boot partition plus a LVM where I have succesfully installed CentOS 6.5.

Afterward I've added an entry in the BCD with Bootice to boot Linux : "New RealMode entry (Grub/Linux)" which create the entry with :
ApplicationDevice = (hd1,5) that corresponds to the ext4 /boot partition
ApplicationPath = \grldr.mbr that corresponds to nothing on the partition
and does not boot

Does someone know if it is possible to dual boot Linux (CentOS) whith Windows-BCD on a GPT disk (ESP partition) ? How to do ?

Any help would be appreciated...

Did you install CentOS UEFI? My understanding is that if you install one system EFI, any additional systems must be UEFI also. The EFI files for your Linux system would go on the same ESP partition as the windows. I've never used CentOS or LVM so you should probably wait for someone more familiar with it.
