how to configure sound in GNU/debian sarge kernel 2.6 for toshiba satellite m30x-160
 

hi i need to know how to configure the sound in debian sarge kernel 2.6, i've tried everything but none seems to work need help

I don't suppose you could provide some useful information such as the type of sound card your machine has, the driver it uses, you know, stuff that would actually help troubleshoot the problem? Perhaps the output of lsmod would also be helpfull.
